Ingredients: Organic nettle, organic rose hips, organic dandelion leaf and root, organic wheat bran, organic oat bran, organic alfalfa, organic hawthorn leaves, berries and flowers, organic red raspberry leaves, organic select green oat tops, organic hibiscus, organic chamomile flowers, organic flaxseed.
Directions: Degu - 1/3 teaspoon daily; chinchilla, guinea pig, small and medium rabbits - 1/2-1 teaspoon daily; larger rabbits - 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Description: Great addition to commercial diets that often lack some essential trace elements and contain vitamins, minerals from synthetic sources that are not that easily absorbed, making the liver and kidneys work really hard to eliminate excess. A synthetic vitamin is an isolated component of the main vitamin nutrient, synthetic vitamins are not found in nature. Animal's body sees this difference and tries to discard it, that's why you can see changes in normal urine color or feces. And thats why so many herbivores that get only a "complete" commercial diet suffer from depression of immune function, increased susceptibility to parasites, allergy ( synthetic vitamins often contain binding agents, chemical preservatives, MSG), weight loss, digestive disorders.

Tip: Your rabbit, chinchilla, guinea pig, degu should always have unlimited amounts of different hays available. Variety encourages herbivores to eat more hay and various textures wear teeth differently. Pellets are just crunched between the teeth and do not provide sufficient tooth wear, insufficient tooth wear leads to teeth problems.
