We ship worldwide, all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. You can choose Parcel Post or Priority mail.
How long does it take to receive my products?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days ( syringe feed and natural pet remedies usually ship same day).
Returns
Organic treats, syringe feed and natural remedies can be returned in original, unopened condition for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt (you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item).
Sorry, fleece accessories can not be returned due to easy disease transmission. We have to put fuzzies' well-being first. We hope you understand, it's for the safety of your pet too!
